GTA Online Feb 5–11 Event Week: New Deadline Duet Mode
GTA Online's newest event week is running from February 5 through 11, and it leans hard into Valentine's chaos while still giving players plenty of ways to make money and try something new. There's a fresh Adversary Mode, a long-anticipated car finally available to everyone, and a mix of bonuses that make it a good time to jump back into Los Santos—whether you're grinding, racing, or just messing around with friends GTA 5 Modded Accounts.
The big highlight is Deadline Duet, a Valentine's spin on the classic Deadline mode. Instead of riding solo, you team up in pairs on Nagasaki Shotaro bikes, weaving neon trails together as you try to cut off rival couples. It's fast, chaotic, and actually worth your time because it's paying out triple GTA$ and RP for the next two weeks. On top of that, winning two matches completes the weekly Challenge and nets you an extra GTA$100,000, which stacks nicely with the boosted rewards.
Vehicle collectors finally get access to the Pfister Astrale this week. It originally dropped as part of the A Safehouse in the Hills content but was locked behind GTA+ early access. Now everyone can grab it from Legendary Motorsport for GTA$1,475,500. GTA+ members still have their own perks, including early access to the Grotti Itali Classic and other February bonuses, but at least the Astrale is no longer subscription-locked for the wider player base.
Rockstar also rolled out a full Valentine's event that runs beyond the usual one-week window. Logging in during the event gets you a free Valentines Onesie, and Nightclubs are handing out unlimited Champagne, which adds a fun party atmosphere if you're doing late-night sessions. There's also a random free-roam encounter called the Valentine's Cheater, where you might find a guy tied to a telephone pole and labeled a cheater. You can free him or leave him there—classic GTA dark humor.
From a money-making standpoint, this week is stacked. Associate and Bodyguard salaries are paying 4x GTA$ through February 18, which makes helping CEOs and VIPs way more worthwhile than usual. Short Trips and the Community Race Series are paying double, Bunker Research Missions are giving 2x GTA$, RP, and research progress, and Meth Labs are running at double production speed. When you combine all that with the triple rewards from Deadline Duet, there's a good spread of active and passive ways to earn.
The usual vehicle rotations are in place too. The Lucky Wheel at the Casino is featuring the Invetero Coquette D1 as the podium car. At the LS Car Meet, winning a race in the Series unlocks the Übermacht Rhinehart as the Prize Ride. Enhanced edition players can test the Maibatsu MonstroCiti as the Premium Test Ride. Luxury Autos is displaying the Benefactor Vorschlaghammer and Übermacht Sentinel GTS, while Simeon's dealership has a mixed lineup that includes the Declasse Tornado Rat Rod, Dinka Enduro, Hijak Ruston, Lampadati Michelli GT, and Western Rat Bike GTA 5 Accounts buy.
This event week also sets up what's coming next. Rockstar has already teased that once Valentine's content wraps, GTA Online will roll into a Lunar New Year celebration themed around the Year of the Fire Horse, bringing a new stunt race, Yuanbao collectibles, and more themed rewards. All in all, it's a pretty loaded week—good payouts, a fun limited-time mode, some seasonal weirdness, and just enough new content to make logging back in feel worthwhile.
